Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile home decor components are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
